Feature request for Applicant Tracking Systems. No one likes receiving a rejection email on a weekend. This happens because most ATS have a "send email in 2 days" automation built in, so when recruiters go through and do the CV screens, it automatically sequences the response for 2 days time. How about changing this to be "send email in 2 working days". This simple alteration would reduce a lot of the stress and anxiety of candidates who already have the job application process living rent free in their brain. What do you think?
