One key element that we seem not to speak much of and consider is... Customer Service. As much as we have our sales process and strategy in place, without proper customer service, then, frankly, no sales. I bet we've all heard the saying, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. – Maya Angelou. This couldn't be truer in the context of sales and customer service. Most sales companies and salespeople need to start thinking, "How can we make customer service part of our sales strategy and process?" But what do we really mean by customer service? Customer service isn't just about addressing issues and answering questions; It's about creating a positive, memorable experience at every stage of the customer journey. It's about building relationships, trust, and value that go beyond the transaction. So, how can we incorporate these elements into our strategy? Here are a few ideas: ➡️ Listen Actively: Understand your customers' needs, preferences, and pain points. This information is gold for tailoring your sales approach and offerings. ➡️ Be Proactive: Don't wait for problems to arise. Anticipate your customers' needs and address them before they even have to ask. ➡️ Personalize the Experience: Use the information you've gathered to create personalized interactions. Remember, a little personalization goes a long way in making customers feel valued. ➡️ After-Sales Support: The relationship doesn’t end at the sale.
