Last week, we held our annual Shaun P. McLaughlin Golf Outing, and it was an incredible experience! It's always a joy to come together with coworkers for a great cause. This year, we raised $10,520 for cancer research, bringing our total to $104,620. The Shaun P. McLaughlin Memorial Golf Classic is a powerful reminder of the impact that giving back can have. #60YearsEnrichingLives#GloryandDignity

🏃🏼♀️In just one week, I'll be hitting the Mallorca trails for a cause close to my heart: cancer research. As I gear up for the trail marathon, I'm reminded of the importance of both planning and strategy – not just in athletics, but in life and business too. Just as every step counts in training, every detail matters in our plans and strategies.
📝 Whether it's drafting a business proposal or preparing for a marathon, having a solid plan in place can make all the difference. It's about setting clear goals, mapping out the path to reach them, and staying adaptable along the way.
🙌 With the race just around the corner, there's still time to show your support and make a difference. Let's come together and make an impact in the fight against cancer.
🎗️ If you'd like to contribute to this important cause, you can donate directly in the link. Thank you for your support – together, we can make a difference!

Our Implementation Manager, Solomon Fazel, will be participating in the Race for Life 10K run for Cancer Research on Sunday 28th July 2024.
The Race for Life reminds us that "No matter how cancer affects us, life is worth Racing for." Organised by Cancer Research UK (CRUK), this series of fundraising events brings people together to walk, jog, or run, raising money for research and honouring those affected by cancer.
At DKK Partners, one of our core brand values is to Embrace Change, seeking improvement, adapting to challenges, and supporting impactful initiatives. Solomon demonstrates this by participating in the Race for Life, combining personal growth with supporting cancer research. He shared, “I am currently in the process of bettering myself and trying to become as fit as possible. Benefiting a good cause while also bettering myself is a perfect way to do so. As someone who has had family members diagnosed and die from cancer, I am honored to participate in an event that supports the research needed to eventually find the cure for cancer.”

The road behind you is often worth a glimpse to see how far you have come, rather than a source of direction for tomorrow. While running a half marathon to raise funds for childhood cancer, completing each step gets you closer to that finish line, and sometimes it pays to see just how far you have come, and how you can pave the way for the 15,000 runners behind you.
Be that trend setter.
Be the one to set goals.
Be that person who paves the way.
Keep taking those steps toward your goal.
And only look back for inspiration to keep going and realize just how far you have come.

Let’s make a life-saving difference together! Children's Cancer Therapy Development Institute (cc-TDI) is just $19,000 away from reaching the September Childhood Cancer Awareness Month goal of $110,000 to help accelerate the critical mission of making all childhood cancers universally survivable.
cc-TDI is the only non-profit biotech exclusively focused on underserved childhood cancers, integrating discovery research, development, and clinical efforts. The disparity in drug development is striking—while nearly 600 drugs have been approved for adult cancers in the last 20 years, only 29 have been approved for children over the past 25 years, and just 13 were specifically developed for pediatric use. cc-TDI is working to close this gap by overcoming the barriers that slow pediatric drug development, and your support makes this possible.
With just 12 hours left, now is the time to act. Will you join us in investing in children's futures across the globe? Your gift today could unlock tomorrow's life-saving treatments. Your generosity—whether it’s $30, $300, or more—could be the key to ensuring that every child has the chance to live a full, vibrant life.
Join us today and help drive life-saving research forward! 👇

297,790—that’s how many new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in U.S. women by the end of 2023.
This statistic is alarming, but there is good news. When caught early, *over 95% of women survive and thrive after their breast cancer diagnosis. *based on a five-year survival rate.
That’s why early detection is essential, and that’s why Brem Foundation needs your support. Through financial support, we are able to continue our mission to maximize every woman’s chance of finding early breast cancer through education, access programs, and advocacy.
Now through December 31, your philanthropy will support Brem’s life-saving work while also allowing for an end-of-year tax deduction. As a last-minute holiday gift, consider a donation in someone’s honor, or inquire about a company match to double the impact!
We appreciate your support during this time of giving.

Did you know that $25 can cover the cost of transportation for a cancer patient to attend vital medical appointments? For many battling cancer, access to reliable transportation is a significant hurdle.
Your donation can ease this burden, ensuring that individuals receive the care they need without added stress. Let's bridge the gap together!

In 2010, my family embarked on a journey that reshaped our perspective on life, courage, and the power of resilience. Following my son’s diagnosis, we found ourselves navigating through the complexities of emotions, treatments, and the search for hope. It’s been 11 years since the end of treatment (EOT), and our journey has been nothing short of transformative.
Recently, I came across a post from Lennox CCF about the book “Fearless Fin,” a story that resonates deeply with my family’s experience. This book not only captures the essence of bravery in the face of adversity but also serves as a beacon of hope for families similar to ours. It eloquently illustrates the journey many of us are all too familiar with, yet often struggle to articulate.
“Fearless Fin” is more than just a story; it’s a testament to the indomitable spirit of those fighting battles we can hardly imagine. It reminds us of the importance of support, understanding, and never losing hope, even when faced with the greatest challenges.
To anyone navigating through similar storms, know that you’re not alone. Stories like “Fearless Fin” and organisations like Lennox CCF are valuable resources and sources of comfort and strength.
As we reflect on our journey and the profound impact of this book, I am reminded of the importance of sharing our stories. They not only provide solace but also illuminate the path for others in similar situations. Let’s continue to support each other, spread awareness, and celebrate every victory, no matter how small.

The Smash Cancer Loyola Team knows how to hit an ace! 🎾 Founded by Isabella Leaño in 2019 in honor of her grandfather, who passed away from leukemia, ‘Smash Cancer’ holds an annual tennis-a-thon tournament where the men’s and women’s tennis teams of Loyola University New Orleans play for 12 hours straight. “I combined my love for tennis and admiration for my grandfather into ‘Smash Cancer,’ an organization aimed at raising awareness and funds for cancer research. This spirit of service, instilled in me by my Lolo, has served as the cornerstone of my journey in making a difference in the lives of others,” says Isabella.
The fundraiser has had over 1,000 participants and raised over $30,000 for #StandUpToCancer. 🧡
THANK YOU, Smash Cancer Loyola, for your contribution to SU2C’s mission! 100% of your donations received supports Stand Up To Cancer and our collaborative cancer research programs – bringing new treatments to patients now.
