The Camellia Cup will never settle for anything less than perfection. That includes the course, golfer gifting and on the course experiences that can only be found during a round at the Camellia Cup. 😎

Rugby really is for all shapes and sizes!
Absolutely incredible. It doesn't matter where you're from, who you are, or even what you are - Rugby is for you. This beluga passes better than some guys I've seen on the field. 😜🤣

Coaching Peak Performance using the P.I.E.C.E by Piece Peak Performance Program | Keynote Speaker 🎤 | Published Author - "What's Your Numb3r?" 📘 | Guinness World Record Holder - Ocean Rower 🛶
Daytime appearance, nighttime demeanor. The initial allure, confidence, and anticipation. You may require a crucial team member possessing all the necessary qualities for a role. But what about the reserved one? The individual in the corner who prefers not to draw attention, boast, or be categorized. You may have come across the quote often attributed to Einstein, "Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." This saying is frequently used and rightfully so; it holds true. But what if I told you about a video featuring an actual Beluga whale playing fetch? Could a fish climb a tree after all? Who's to say? While this may sound like an absurd notion, if you hadn't seen this video, wouldn't you have thought the same about the whale? So when I mention presence, especially in a team member, do you assess "presence" prematurely? There was no reason I should have excelled as a rugby player because at the time I was a hockey player. I had never held an egg-shaped ball, and on my first session, I thought my team were cheering me on when they were actually shouting you’re passing the wrong way. Having not learned the passing back rule. Not so genius, and with the presence of a dedicated coach, a belief in what was achievable, and a drive to always improve, I became fixated on achieving peak performance. Presence, undoubtedly, is crucial. I firmly believe that a key to living happily is to be fully immersed in the present moment with your complete presence, and that is a skill that can be developed. What are your thoughts?

Applying the 1% to everything we do makes a significant difference to both performance and outcome. Imagine the conversations in your staff or board room or at home, if everyone is challenged and given the green light, the time and resources to implement a single change to improve their workplace and more importantly those around them. Most importantly the recognition for their efforts and the impact of their endeavours. Often the opportunity for people ‘voice’ & ‘being included’ is enough to motive and generate positive results. #motivetheteam #positiveoutcome #bethebestyoucanbe #inspireothers
A good friend of mine sent me this, and I think it's brilliant. Well done to Luke Donald. I'm often asked if these things make a difference in business or sport, and I believe unequivocally that they do. I'd love to see what the US team room looked like! I'm a big believer in doing 100 things 1% better. For the Ryder Cup team, their team room was a classic example of the 1% ers. Did we win the Ryder Cup because we had a better team room than the USA … NO, but when you add up all the hundreds of 1% ers then the answer becomes YES, well done Luke – brilliant. #winningculture #rydercup #golf

With the Top 10 players on the DP World Tour now gaining status for the next year on the PGA TOUR at the end of each season, and that some of those from the previous season will maintain their place on the PGA TOUR - I get why this 'new' system of qualifying points for The Ryder Cup to me seems weighted heavily towards the PGA TOUR. Not sure why your own ROLEX Series events are weighted lower than 'Signature' events - especially the BMW PGA at Wentworth and the Scottish Open. While I'm on Signature events - do we really need 8 ? My suggestion (not that anyone cares- LOL) would be to reduce the number to 4 as the current criteria stands and then have 4 that are combined LIV/DP/PGA events - Top 35-45 from PGA/DP Tours and Top 25-35 from LIV. Full OWGR points and a 72-hole format (perhaps PIF will pay the purses or at least contribute heavily). That way - hopefully at least 8 times a year the best of the best are playing against each other. As far as regular 54-hole LIV Golf events - if my handicap gets slashed to 3/4 every time I play in a competition there must be an equitable algorithm that can equate LIV's 54-hole events so we can all move on and promote the game of golf to the millions that play it instead of the couple hundred that make generational wealth from it. See you all getting along - hopefully soon !!! #signatureevents #rolexseries Merrick Haydon PGA of America The PGA Confederation of Professional Golf (CPG) 54 Public Investment Fund (PIF) Golf Saudi #rydercup #bethpage25 #rydercup25 #therydercup #rydercupmatches #lukedonald
In a significant change from previous years, there will be only one Ryder Cup Points List operational in the 2024/2025 qualification period https://lnkd.in/eESeB_7C #2025rydercup #lukedonald
