Very good! I enjoyed both the messsage and the creative way it was put together with the sounds/soundscapes. “I just can’t keep living…like THIS” was a great distinction, good to add those extra two words and a way to invite in new possibilities, also a back to basics approach and simple steps from the question of “what do I want?” It can also be difficult when you are already recognising the signs of burnout to not think “oh let me just achieve these other 3 things first, then I will get around to addressing those feelings”.
