Do you care if your employees are happy? Here’s why you should: ⭐️According to a study from the university of Warwick, happy employees are 12% more productive than unhappy employees. ⭐️Even more interesting, a study by the Limeade Institute, found that 60% percent of employees who feel cared for by their employer, plan to stay with their company for three years or more.
