Right now, the one skill that will serve us all better is the ability to build quality relationships. The ability to move beyond the transactional give and take of a “You v Me” relationship into a space where we discuss “We” and mutual benefit. It’s the space where we become curious about our people (and stakeholders in general) and engage beyond the confines & constraints of the activity in front of us and explore the context, the vision and broader goals.
