FIELDBOSS Sample Data Building Location Makes Wall Street Journal Headline I woke up this morning to an article about 432 Park Avenue, a Manhattan condo "beset by construction defects". FIELDBOSS uses 432 Park as a building location in our sample data that is a customer of our fictional mechanical contractor "Independent Contractor Ltd." What we do in our demos is show how "Independent Contractor" endlessly dispatches service technicians to repair and maintain the elevator and HVAC equipment at 432 Park Avenue. We also show all the different ways the work can be billed, automatically, with multiple invoice formats based on customer preference, to either the property manager or the unit holders themselves. Our accounting integration is killer as is our ability to handle electronic payments. Actually, we show even way more than that including my personal favorite, NYC Department of Buildings violation management. (DM me if you want a demo). I feel sorry for the actual residents of that building. In the FIELDBOSS world, the contractor, building owner, and tenants all live harmoniously where all the equipment runs longer than it's rated life, and repairs are dispatched, resolved, and billed quickly. Best of all, the building owner is happy to pay the contractor fair profit on the maintenance that is never missed and actually performed and the building owners never have stress about their investment because this all results in a higher building valuation and more time to enjoy the buildings fitness center with their fellow occupants.
