Hiring Opportunity at RiseDocument I'm looking to hire someone for a crucial role in my appraisal business, RiseDocument. Unlike the typical one-person operations in this field, RiseDocument is a well-oiled machine with robust logistics, contracting, and estimation processes. We run an innovative and efficient shop. What I need is someone with the skill set of a desk adjuster, someone who is accustomed to working with or interfacing with carriers. Ideally, you're an adjuster who understands the basics of Xactimate. While I'm not asking you to write estimates, you do need to understand what you're talking about. Additionally, a solid understanding of appraisal for insurance claims is essential. Communication is key—we excel in that area. Years ago, I had an employee monitor my emails. Six months later, she left to work in the produce department of a grocery store because she never wanted to see another email again. So, be prepared for a busy inbox and the need to provide good intelligence. You'll be working closely with me and our entire team on a daily basis. This is a remote position; you'll never need to go into the field or an office—just work from your desk.
