#job Repayment Operation Manager Hi Everyone, I hope you all are doing great; Things are smooth on your end. #opening for #repayment #operation #reconciliations Work Location - Mumbai Work Mode - WFO Experience - 3 to 10 Yrs Notice Period - Serving / Immediate/ Max 45 days Mandatory Skills: Repayment, Bank Reconciliation, Opearation, MIS, MSME Loans Main Goal and Objectives:   ·        This position manages all Repayments, collections, and Banking. ·        Repository of Customer NACH, Post-dated cheques and bounce memos. ·        Ensure timely updation of all kinds of collections in the respective Customer loans and closures. ·        Manages all post-disbursement customer queries related to the payments and dues. ·        Liaison with accounts and maintained monthly bank reconciliation. ·        Manages repayment transaction team and audits.   Responsibilities ·        Managing end-to-end repayments of all the loans, including NACH registration, Batch presentation on cycle dates, collections receipts and Bank reconciliations on a daily basis. ·        Manages all customer Loan closure, prepayments and any manual/ad-hoc receipts. ·        Responsible for monthly bank recon with Accounts and maintaining nil open items. ·        Responsible for Process design, review and rolled out and monthly Process audits and Training to team. ·        Creation of any manual dues as per management guidelines such as repo, repo sales, loss/write-off ·        Dispatch of any deliverables as per Customer request such as Statement of accounts, repayment schedule, foreclosure statement, balance amount letter, NOC etc. ·        Explore new edge technology to improve productivity in repayments and collections. ·        Liaison with branches for all open items and timely updation. ·        Support in UAT testing for and tech developments in the repayment area. ·        MIS for all management reporting ·        To help in preparing driven process health checks and presentations to the Head of Operations  & and other Senior management. Skills & Qualification   ·        Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills ·        Experience in data models and reporting packages ·        Ability to analyse large datasets, Policy guidelines ·        Ability to write comprehensive reports and Process ·        An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and Attention to detail ·        A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment ·      I appreciate it if Someone could give me a reference. Position Name: Service Excellence Specialist (SES) #CreditAdmin #Midoffice #CreditDocumentation JD:- Legal Documentation and Credit Admin Services: Provide comprehensive support in handling legal documentation and credit administration activities within the specified portfolio. Collaborate closely with the Cluster Manager to ensure efficient delivery of all actionables. Sanction Letter Issuance: Issue sanction letters in strict adherence to the terms and conditions specified in the sanction agreements. Security Documentation: Manage the issuance of security documents according to the terms outlined in the sanction agreements. Verification and Scrutiny: Verify constitutional documents such as MOA, Partnership Deeds, and authorizations for availing facilities and executing documents. Scrutinize executed documents to ensure proper execution. ROC/CERSAI Compliances: Ensure the registration of security charges in favor of the bank with relevant authorities. Facilitate the removal of non-required charges as necessary. Document Checking and Limit Loading: Ensure the proper execution of documents and compliance with sanction terms. Obtain approvals for deferrals in case of non-submission or discrepancies. Handle limit loading in bank systems and manage security/collateral updates. Security Creation/Perfection: Coordinate with clients and other banks to create and perfect security in line with approved terms. Client Visits and Consortium Meetings: Visit clients’ offices for document execution related to sanctioned credit facilities. Attend consortium meetings for document execution and negotiation. Resolve service issues with clients in coordination with internal stakeholders. Custodian Responsibilities: Ensure the proper care and safety of documents held in FRFC. Adhere to laid-down processes and procedures for document storage. Document Tracking and Closure of Deferrals: Track documents for receipt, deferral, and expiry using designated systems. Ensure timely closure of deferrals by arranging necessary documents and approvals. Monitor deferrals for regularization and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary. Liaison and Coordination: Collaborate with business teams, legal, credit, relationship managers, CPC, audit, and service providers to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Resolve issues and answer queries effectively. MIS Maintenance and Reporting: Maintain necessary Management Information System (MIS) for reporting purposes.
