When it comes to your career, timing is everything. That's why we're partnering with Transition and Leadership Coach Rachel Kourakos on Wednesday, July 17 for 'But When?' – a workshop dedicated to understanding WHEN to make a change in your career. Rather than helping you figure out what you want (although that will be a great by-product), this workshop will help you know WHEN to make a change by challenging you to ask yourself the questions that will help you create clarity. You will walk away with: ➡ Greater self-awareness and confidence in what you want ➡ Inspiring stories and examples of career transitions (personal to Rachel & her clients) ➡ Tangible tools and frameworks (that you can work with immediately) to help you reflect ➡ Key questions that you can ask yourself to assess your role now and in the future ... and more! Do you prioritize relationships in your career? Building strong connections with colleagues, mentors, and industry peers is more than networking; it's about creating connections that will offer new perspectives and open doors to opportunities that might have been out of reach. It's also about you giving value so they can learn from you. Do you have a personal career network of supporters? This is similar to your own board of directors. This group, made up of trusted friends, colleagues, or relatives, can share insights into your strengths and areas for growth, providing valuable feedback and advice to guide your career path. Additionally, this network not only enriches your professional life but also contributes to personal development, helping you to identify what truly motivates you and where you can improve. How have your relationships influenced your career journey? Share your experiences and let's discuss the power of connection in professional growth. ------------------------------- Ready to start designing a life by you for you? I’m Lynn George, an accredited Career and Leadership Coach and Corporate Trainer. In my women's leadership development program, "SheThrives: The Path to Promotion Method," I help high-achieving mid-career women craft an empowering and purposeful brand where passion meets purpose by helping them clarify their career direction and purpose, discover what they're passionate about and good at, and what they want to achieve to create more impact, ignite their influence, and make more income. I’ve noticed leaders making career decisions based on what they’re good at, what they are known for instead of what they REALLY WANT to do. If you believe being good at something is being passionate about the subject, practicing new skills, applying learnings and honing your craft repeatedly, what you really want to do can eventually be a NEW thing you’re good at. It’s okay to do something else different than what you’re good at.
