Apart from lack of HSE procedures & requirements one thing which seems very obvious & apparent is lack of Generel Safety for them & for materals around them. It begining of the lifting everything to them would have been seemed normal & easy.However, how major & visible factor (keeping vechile under suspended load) they missed to realize. It is lesson for the Emoloyers who consider HSE professionels at site as burden & obstruction in excution of various civil works.
