It was a delightful task, as you can imagine, and I embraced it with enthusiasm. Someone had to do the "difficult" job! While the product testing was enjoyable, we realised that handling the large volumes required by one of the leading family-owned pub groups was beyond our current capacity. We are now focused on sourcing and supplying high-quality products at competitive prices to meet their annual demand of 150,000 pies and 75,000 pizza bases.
