Finished my day 3 at Hannover Messe 2024 #HM24, and what an incredible experience it's been! Not only did I get to explore amazing technology, but stepping away from my usual days allowed me to absorb insights from a diverse range of industries, organizations. One thing that struck me today was the separation between OT and IT exhibitors wasn't a firewall 🔥 like we usually find, but rather the eateries 🍔 🌭 🍟 and chilly 🥶 Hannover wind between halls 11 and 14 🤭. Uwe Nettelbeck Sebastian Neuendorf Peter Wessels MSc Hasan Tosun Aleksandra Hamryszak Partnerships emerge as a recurring theme, highlighting the collective push for digital transformation across all industrial sectors. It's evident that businesses from both sides are embracing new technologies weaving OT and IT into a complex fabric of digital technologies that they need to navigate. Another takeaway were the successes demonstrated by organisations working together in alliances such as the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance, #Gaia-X, #Manufacturing-X, #Catana-X, #Confinity-X #DigitalSupplyChain these again demonstrate that partnerships and collaboration is an essential ingredient for joint success.
