If it's your job to eat a frog🐸, it's best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it's your job to eat two frogs🐸🐸, it's best to eat the biggest one first! The idea is that you identify one challenging task (the frog) and complete the task first thing in the morning (eating it). To put it simply, eating the frog is the process of identifying your most difficult task of the day and completing it before you do any other work. What’s your frog?
