Alkaline Lemon Ginger Gut Flush Ginger and lemon juice are warming for the stomach, stimulating good digestion, and starting your slowed or weakened digestion. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice Fresh ginger 1/2 teaspoon Redmond real salt 1. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice into a pint-size jar. 2. Peel ginger and cut into small coins and add to jar. Make sure the ginger is covered with the lemon juice. 3. Add the sea salt, place the lid on tightly and shake well. Always shake before each use. 4.
