Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice into a pint-size jar. 2. Peel ginger and cut into small coins and add to jar. Make sure the ginger is covered with the lemon juice. 3. Add the sea salt, place the lid on tightly and shake well. Always shake before each use. 4. Recipe: Spiced Green Tea Ingredients: 1 green tea bag (fresh is even better) 1 cup boiling water 1 cinnamon stick 1 star anise 1-2 slices fresh ginger Honey or lemon to taste (optional) Instructions: Steep the green tea bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Add the cinnamon stick, star anise, and ginger slices. Let it sit for a few more minutes to infuse the flavours. Sweeten with honey or add a splash of lemon juice if desired. Enjoy warm.

This breakfast jar is packed with nutrients, protein and color, too. Cover your chia seeds with your milk of choice and a little natural sweetener, and stick the glass container in the fridge for a bit. Add your favorite fruit, nuts or other wholesome toppings to enjoy for breakfast or a snack later. Full recipe and macros below. Cook time: 3-4 hours Ingredients (per serving) 2 Tbsp chia seeds ⅔ cup light coconut milk 1 tsp maple syrup Dash of cinnamon Pinch of salt Toppings of choice Instructions: In your glass containers, add all ingredients except toppings and stir to combine. Cover, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Stir once more to break up the clumps, then return to the fridge. It will be ready to enjoy after another 1-2 hours. When you’re ready to eat, remove from the fridge, add your toppings (peanut butter, berries, toasted coconut, nuts, granola, etc) and enjoy!
