With only 38% of older adults say they talk about substance use with their doctors, we agree, there is much work to be done. 1moMany new retirees don't think it's a problem if they start drinking a little earlier in the day or have one more at dinner. After all, who could it hurt? They earned it after all, right? Well, over time, it can hurt them, family members and their community, if they're not careful. Like the author here seems to indicate, talk to your doctor.
