Wrongful termination, over worked employees, no training and more . A company that doesn’t care to give safe and healthy environment for their employees.
Yeah lets goooo carvana 🚙💙 driving customers happy all the time weather its on the driveway ot at the vm.
And what about their staff? I used to drive their semi trucks, and when the layoffs started, I didn’t want to be next on the chopping block. What would change if I decided to come back?

2moI bought a van from Carvana on 7/2/2024. A 2023 Chrysler Pacifica with 11,000 miles and a clean record. On 7/13 I took the van through the car wash and water started poured into the van from the top of the van. I reached out to 2 different repair places, both of which said the van was in a major wreck, was a total loss and the damage was simply covered over and never repaired. They also said the damage was “unfixable” and that there wasn’t a body shop in the country that would touch the van for liability reasons. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to Carvana and their warrant through SilverRock simply to be told, “there is no solution to this problem. There is nothing we can do.” I purchased this van as a transport vehicle for my 10 year old severely disabled daughter who has to make numerous trips to the Children’s Hospital with more than a dozen specialists. She has a wheelchair, and is on life support equipment. We now have a van that we cannot drive. We cannot take our daughter to her medical appointments. I need for a Carvana manager who can actually help me to call me. I can’t through to anyone who can actually help me resolve this issue. Carvana needs to make this right.
