Sophie Shults shares her coming out journey to raise awareness of overcoming stereotypes and embracing her true self. Our LGBT+ Network's Out in the Open series gives colleagues a platform to share stories and build allyship. This National Coming Out Day, we celebrate Sophie’s journey, which began at 14, with the support of mentors who valued her happiness. By sharing these stories, we aim to create a safe, inclusive space where everyone can be their authentic self.
