James Winfield has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cascadia Healthcare. James joined us as Director of Finance back in 2016, right at the beginning of Cascadia. From day one, his influence has been transformative. More than just a colleague, James has been a problem-solver, advocate for quality and accuracy in our accounting department and a constant support to our organization. His unwavering dedication to our mission, his exceptional work ethic, and his commitment to excellence have inspired us all. Having James from the start has been pivotal. His ability to adapt, learn quickly, and develop effective strategies has been central to our growth and stability. James's efforts, often going beyond the call of duty and involving long hours, have been instrumental in keeping our projects on track and navigating through numerous challenges with remarkable efficiency. His experience, spanning roles at the Idaho Health Care Association, Bellco Credit Union, SM Energy Company, and KPMG, has provided him with a wealth of knowledge that he has generously shared with us. Combined with his academic achievements from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona, James brings a profound level of expertise to his new role.
