As another #ThinkingOfYouWeek has come to an end, we're reflecting on how special it is to keep hold of the greeting cards that you never want to throw away! 💕 I'm an avid collector of sentimental trinkets, so keeping greeting cards from loved ones is something I've done for years. Being able to read through old messages, remember lost family members' handwriting & treasure lovely memories is truly priceless - and just one of the beautiful reasons to keep the art of sending handwritten cards alive. #sendacarddeliverasmile @thinkingofyouweek_uk #greetingcards #cardstokeep

Storyteller: I help personal brands x founders CRAFT compelling stories that CONNECT and CONVERT ||Author, STORYTELLING TOOLKIT FOR PERSONAL BRANDS - Narrative Strategist||Host. Send a DM to know more!
He was definitely who we have been looking for. I mean, maybe it looked like it because we were swept off our feet because he did one thing with no hitch. Mr. John's fluency in English blew our mind and our headmistress didn't hesitate to hire him. He was the perfect replacement for the erstwhile English teacher who had worked for the school for years. When Mr. John resumed, we expected things to go well, but, it was the other way around. Not like things were bad though, but he actually wanted to scatter his students brains. "Mr. John, you can't tell primary one students to spell gu...gubbu...di... whatever that word means." Our headmistress struggled with pronouncing Gobbledygook. Not like I could pronounce it too. I don't do big words. Unfortunately, Mr. John was so sound in English Language that he chose to teach his students using complicated words. "Maybe we should take you back to Nursery one so you can know how to communicate in simple words. Or what do you think, Miss Zainab?" the headmistress stared at me with her eyes screaming 'Please, agree with me' Before I could say anything, Mr. John beat me to it. "Nursery one? That's preposterous!" Don't let me tell you how the headmistress first of all removed her wig and then I saw... Anyway, as I looked at Mr. John who stood across the headmistress table, I just knew the perfect word for him. Like I said, I don't do big words, so find out the word in the flashcard below 👇 I remain Your Sto-lution partner, I don’t merely tell stories, I make them live. If you’ve any story puzzle, reach out because your journey to compelling stories starts here, with me. 350+ brands and still counting can’t be wrong! Helping people improve their handwriting via simple, step-by-step instructions. Executive and Life Coach
When others were getting their congratulatory messages, I didn't get mine and it was worrisome. I told myself maybe, after all, I didn't qualify to be a part of the community, and I moved on taking no offense. My lawyer friend Bukola Seun-Oloruntuga was the one who told me about the application and that girl made sure that I applied 🤣. I guess, you need her in your corner, don't worry, I can share 😉 The email came when I wasn't even looking in that direction anymore. Thank you again, ForbesBLK , this is well appreciated 🙏. Lessons: * Do not ever belittle yourself. Don't ever think you are not worthy of it or you're not enough. * Shoot your shots regardless of what you think or feel, or what others even think about you. * Don't stop building capacity because you will need it along the way to that height. * Do not give anyone the permission or power to talk down on you. Just keep pushing 💪 May you receive your long-awaited email, letter, or message in Jesus' name. Amen! Adebike Adenuga, the Handwriting Doctor. I help you transition from cacography to calligraphy using the Nelson style of handwriting. See you at the top always!!! #buildingcapacity #growth
