Anita, our Financial Inclusion Team Leader, explains the impact of the financial literacy program. "Simple things, like not having the ability to sign your own name, can really impact a person's life. In one workshop we ran, there were participants who were unable to sign their name and didn't know how to write out a shopping list. Our team showed them how to voice record a shopping list on their phone so that when they got to the shops, they could remember what they needed."
