When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2012, there were few people talking about resilience. It felt like the focus was more on surviving, not thriving. Fast forward to today, and I’m noticing a growing number of individuals—cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers—seeking guidance on how to rebuild their strength and embrace life again after their experiences. 🌸 The answer lies in building resilience. That’s why I created The 10 Steps to Resilience, a system designed to empower YOU, helping you reclaim your energy, boost your confidence, and regain a sense of control over your life. Are you interested in discovering how developing resilience can profoundly impact your life after cancer? Comment “Resilient” and I’ll send you the link to signup for the waitlist! #resilience #holistichealth #holistic #cancercaoch #cancer

This is the reason that emotional healing is absolutely necessary for healing your cancer. And I don’t just mean today— Even if you’re in remission, it’s important to deal with these toxic emotions. Because they fed your cancer once and they can do it again if you don’t learn to release them in a healthy way. For me, it was anger. I was so angry inside that I couldn’t handle it! Angry at myself, angry at my parents for not taking better care of themselves and getting cancer… I was so angry that when I think about it, it still makes me emotional. Dig within yourself to find the answers. And if you can, hire a coach or a therapist so you can get to the root quicker. DM me to apply for 1:1 coaching so we can work on releasing your negative emotions. #cancer #cancerpatients #emotions

Founder, High Pointe Capital | Past Chairman, CFA Chicago | Writer | Living Life Fully Despite Terminal Cancer | Giving Back by Sharing Knowledge
📚 Turning a New Page...To Talk about How to Live with Cancer Did you know that well into the 20th century it was offensive to utter or write the word “cancer”. Even publications used euphuisms like “malignant growth” rather than the dreaded “C” word. This social stigma led to widespread ignorance. Thankfully, the narrative shifted. We can now openly discuss cancer, like I did on Thanksgiving Day 2022. I broke my silence in an op-ed piece in Chicago Tribune, Pioneer Press, and other newspapers. https://lnkd.in/ghY7upx2 🌟 As I continue to outlive predictions, my pen has become my sword. After sharing my insights about investing over the last three months on LinkedIn, I'm ready to turn the page to a new chapter. This new chapter will not only narrate cancer survival but the idea of living life fully, with terminal cancer as my constant companion. My aim? To offer a perspective that might support someone in a similar situation, or their caregivers. Stay tuned for next week's post! #LivingWithCancer #CancerAwareness #cancer #americancancersociety #coloncancer #investing

At the end of the day, resilience isn’t a destination or a state you “achieve.” It’s a lifelong process of growth, learning, and adapting. Every challenge you face, every difficult situation you endure, adds another layer of resilience to your life. And for cancer patients, this process is especially profound. Building resilience doesn’t just help during treatment—it can set the stage for a life filled with greater purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. Cancer may change your life, but resilience gives you the tools to navigate it with grace, strength, and a remarkable sense of hope. If you agree that resilience is a powerful journey, comment with your favorite emoji below! Let’s celebrate our strength together! 💪✨ #cancer #resilience #cancercoach #cancerpatients #cancersurvivors

You’re not going to heal from cancer if you have negative emotions bottled up inside. Ignoring them won’t help either… I know it’s tough and I know it’s overwhelming. But convincing yourself to ‘stay positive’ on the outside without really dealing with those emotions will make things a lot harder for you. It’s like carrying a heavy backpack full of rocks. Releasing your negative emotions feels like taking out one rock at a time, until your backpack is empty and light again. Only then will you have space to heal. Want my support in releasing emotions? In the realm of cancer, #emotions are like waves ebbing and flowing with the tides of your journey. It is crucial to honor this emotional ebb and flow, allowing yourself the space to experience each feeling without judgment or resistance. Whether it's the warmth of gratitude for small victories or the weight of uncertainty, every emotion holds valuable insight into your inner world. Embracing your emotions with mindfulness and compassion is key to navigating the complexities of cancer. Take the time to identify the roots of your feelings, exploring the thoughts and experiences that underpin them. By cultivating awareness of your emotional landscape, you gain clarity and understanding, enabling you to address underlying concerns and find a sense of inner peace. So, on this #SetMeUpSaturday, I encourage you to allow yourself to experience all emotions fully. Remember that your feelings are valid and worthy of acknowledgment. Embracing your emotional journey with openness and self-compassion is an act of empowerment, paving the way for healing and resilience amidst the challenges of cancer. #CancerAwareness #EmotionalWellness #MindfulnessJourney #InnerPeace #HealingJourney #CancerSupport #MindfulLiving #EmotionalIntelligence #SelfCompassion #WellnessWarrior #Sakhioncology #DrMonikaPansari #Cancer #Oncology

In a way, I'm grateful that I got to experience being told that my days were done. I took on the mindset of: ✅ I just want make my wife proud. ✅ I want to be better than I was yesterday, today. ✅ I want to be better than I am today, tomorrow. I've since taken this into all aspects of my life and embraced it. For example, my course: The Transformation Experience. I do not do this for monetary gain. I do not need the money. I do it because it's the right thing to do. If you'd like to find out more, click the link below: https://bit.ly/3VzyTic #selfhelp #personaldevelopement #cancer #mindset
