Pleased to say I now have my SFHEA. I don’t recommend cramming it into a timescale of two months to complete but I do have some suggestions! Many thanks to Professor Will Foster and in particular my mentor Clare Kell 1) Get a good mentor! 2) Eat sleep and breathe the UKPSF D3 criteria. Do a table and map evidence against it for your case studies and note the source of the actual evidence itself 3) For the case studies I used quotes and feedback from staff who directly benefitted from my leadership and what they are now doing differently 4) Driscoll’s reflective model: ‘What, So What, Now What’ is helpful 5) Ask yourself ‘how do I know it made a difference to (others) practice and what changed in my own practice as a result? 6) Make sure you contact your referees for supporting statements in plenty of time! #highereducation https://lnkd.in/ewPsKfv7
