Walk in the Park: Dog Distraction Class It’s a different kind of walk in the park at See Differently’s weekly dog distraction classes for our pups in training. At these sessions, volunteers guide the pups through various exercises designed to help them stay focused (despite lots of tempting distractions like other dogs, toys, and people). Sofie and Bree from the puppy team lead the class with lots of tips and tricks to keep the students on the right track! Teaching our dogs these skills early on is essential for them to become well-trained and reliable companions. We're looking for more volunteers to help raise and train our next generation of See Differently guide or assistance dogs. We have various volunteering opportunities to suit everyone. The staff at AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. gets together once a month and makes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for our community partners. It's Friday, and I think we could all use a little corn and cheese. As in me and Deevon La Rue being corny and cheesy, and narrating this video of our coral restoration volunteering together. Yes, we are still working on raising funds to complete our gear and get additional research and conservation training certifications. Thank you *so much* to those who have helped us get this far. While also seeking and submitting proposals for paying client work. While also doing excellent client work. While also promoting client work (see posts on Mother: Sisterhood in the Wild film from earlier this week). And as Wes would like you all to know, "he be scrubbing too." And FYI, this isn't bad grammar, it's AAVE. This Friday, I wish you all the freedom to be natural, silly, cheesy, corny, joyful, authentic, and at ease with who and where you are in life. Even if it doesn't fit within the parameters of those who will never love you anyway. I invite you to do what you love, even if others don't understand it. I challenge you to seek and embrace the core of who you are, even if it isn't consistent with the "brand" you're told you need to have. Food Drive Competition - By team, by floor, by department. Because of the ever-evolving supply chain, shelf-stable items are in high demand. Our donation door is open for extended hours during the holidays! (feedmore.org) Year-End Budget Surplus - Many companies have a use-it-or-lose-it approach. Have a little extra budget at year-end? Invest in the community through a special gift or purchase to help provide food to our community. Consider sponsoring one of our key programs. Mid-winter volunteering - We LOVE volunteers! Volunteers make up 2/3rds of the Feed More team. Consider signing up and locking in for January and February shifts now.

I'm pleased to announce recently completed Phase I and II work on a full-integrated Google Workspace Platform, for a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare. Whiskers in Need is a business use case demonstrating the ability to empower small businesses, build low-and-no-cost sustainable Cloud solutions, and enable custom integrations for improved support and awareness. With constant creative collaboration, we created for these cats: 1.  Re-designed website in production for www.whiskersinneed.org 2.  Custom intake forms for visitors seeking information about adopt, foster, and volunteer engagements 3.  Individual and group Gmail accounts tied to the Organization to triage communications 4.  Google Analytics setup for monitoring site performance Integrated pathways to giving and providing charitable support 5.  Phase III planning for use of GoogleAds and YouTube to boost visibility #digitalart #webcontent #platformmigration #nonprofit #animalwelfare #projectmanagement
