🎁 The gift of a simple but effective idea for post-operative care 🎁 Just in time for the gift-giving season, we’re delighted to share an innovative idea from Dave Duffy, Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, who is transforming  post-operative follow-up care by using PKB to send personalised video messages to his patients. Easy to implement, he creates a short film briefing the patient on what’s happened, together with his guidance for their post-operative care. At the touch of a button the message is securely sent to them in their PKB health record, available to review whenever they like.
