This International Women's Day, #InspiringInclusion has emerged as a pivotal theme in discussions on equality. And when dissecting the barriers to inclusion, the dialogue naturally extends to workplace inclusivity. The challenges women encounter in the workplace, particularly in environments where men significantly outnumber them, are complex and multifaceted.
