Our very own Chef Manager, Bri, from The College of Wooster achieved a remarkable feat by securing a spot in the top 20 of the Chef's Roll's Impossible Recipe Contest. Chef's Roll is a global culinary community and over 600 chefs and culinary professionals participated. Bri's dish, falling under the Newstalgia category, showcased a beautiful Korean Black Garlic & Mushroom Impossible Beef Tart, Miso Whipped Sweet Potato Puree, Beech Mushrooms, Gochugaru Aioli, Avocado Crema, Taro Chips, Grilled Leek Plank, Carrot, and Micros.
