We are delighted to introduce Ashley Wells, one of the newest members of our Inside/Outside sales team. Ashley has accumulated a wealth of knowledge during her 3 years in the steel industry and holds a degree from East Carolina University. When Ashley is not working diligently with our internal team and loyal customers, you may find her cheering on her favorite sports team, the Chicago Cubs, or taking her dog for a walk around the neighborhood. Ashley's favorite movie is "10 Things I Hate About You." Now that you know a bit more about her, Ashley looks forward to serving our new and loyal customers while learning about their unique business needs!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year (and not it’s not Christmas). It’s March Madness! As it officially kicks off, and as Caitlyn Clark continues to crush it, I can’t help but again draw connections between this sport that I love and my everyday world of sales. 🏀📈 Here are a few similarities I noticed… 1️⃣ Teamwork: Basketball, in my opinion is one of the most collaborative sports. Just like teams in the NCAA need to communicate, so do teams in sales. By being a team player, we all go further. 2️⃣ Resilience: In both basketball and sales, setbacks are inevitable. It’s how we respond to these obstacles that defines our success. 3️⃣ Preparation and Practice: You just don’t get anywhere in basketball without frequent practice. Similarly, time and research empower us to do better in sales. 4️⃣ Consistency: By being a consistent basketball player, you become reliable. Consistently delivering value to Client Partners, maintaining high-quality interactions, and meeting/exceeding targets are all essential to our success in sales as well. I often think sales comes more natural to me due to my competitive spirit and love of sports. When I really think about it, they’re aligned in so many ways. Anyways, who are you rooting for this month (My money’s on Creighton University!) ⬇

@ ALL REAL ESTATE AGENTS 🏡🔑 You know that you're not making enough calls anymore, why? - You're so busy that you don't have the time to dedicate hours to calling everyday 🕰️ - You never found your groove cold calling ❄️📞 - You closed some deals and now you're feeling comfortable 😌 - You feel your time is much more valuable spent on appointments, rather than trying to find them 📅 - You tried it briefly and it didn't work, and now you don't think it ever will 🚫 All of those excuses are fine - but they're still excuses - and there's still another agent who IS picking up the phone 👥 Low inventory? Why are some agents still closing 100+ transactions a year right now? 📈🏠 Because they understand, even if your pipeline is full right now, what are you going to do when it dries up? 🔄 Haven't closed in a while so you're waiting to invest in your business until you do? The reason you haven't closed in a while is because you're waiting until you have no deals until you start to source new deals 🚫 The best time to invest in yourself was yesterday, the second best time is now ⏰💪 Why not let us pick up the phones for you? 📞🤝 We help make you new connections, and schedule appointments to put YOU in front of homeowners in your area who want to sell 🏡👨👩👧👦 DM me your area to check for availability and let's start picking up the phones ☎️

SDR/BDR | Cold Calling 📞 | Prospecting Guru | Pipeline Generator 👨🏾💻 | I Help Vets Get Their First High-Paying Sales Role With My Robust Network👥💸
Here’s how being stationed in Kentucky made me better at sales. JOHN RENKEN, CPD 🇺🇸 over at Sales Platoon with AllegiantVets was on the topic of nonverbals when I was reminded of a time I was a much fluffier private stationed at Fort Campbell Kentucky. I always made a ritual of trying to stay as far away from my bathroom as possible (to my benefit and detriment.😂) One of the things I quickly realized just how much I loved interacting with the locals, I thought maybe it was just the novelty of being away from home and being in such a unique place. But then it occurred to me that there was something else to it, “southern hospitality” or soft skills were ingrained in the culture there. For example… Seller A: “The program is $40. You can go to our website and check it out for yourself.” Seller B: “Our program is $40, I’ll be more than happy to provide you a link and assist you if you have any questions.” Even if you prefer to check on your own, who are you more inclined to go to? As you’re out representing your company and brand, don’t be afraid to do it with a smile or go the extra mile for somebody, you could not only got a sale, but fix a bad day as well! #sales #softskills #transition #businessdevelopment

Sales Visionary| Partnerships Director| Sales Strategist| Optimist| Sales Leader| Motivator| Healthcare Advocate
When I was a little girl, my grandmother had an unusual superstition about crows. She counted them and believed that the numbers meant different things. One crow meant sorrow, two crows meant joy, three crows meant you would receive a letter, four crows meant you would get a beau or suitor, five crows meant you would receive silver, and six crows meant you would receive gold. As silly as it may seem, this superstition helped me gain confidence in my sales career. Whenever I saw six crows, I knew something good was going to happen, and it usually did. But looking back, it wasn't the crows that made the difference; it was the confidence they gave me. I worked harder, asked more questions, and listened to my clients' unspoken needs. It became a self-fulfilling prophecy. Today's new salespeople may not know about the crows, but they still need confidence and support from their managers. Sales leaders must acknowledge and reward the good and work on the not so good to push their direct reports to improve their individual performances while showing them they believe in them, their skills, and their future success. Because at the end of the day, everyone in sales needs to see six crows. #Salesleadership

Sales Day at Williez on Valentine's Day! We dedicated time to teach valuable skills in navigating seasonal markets. Watching our children sell out the entire stall inventory was not only a win for the day but also a testament to the growth opportunities embedded in such activities. For children, these sales events go beyond transactions. Engaging in sales enhances their social aptitude as they interact with customers, refining communication and negotiation skills. Moreover, it serves as a language development exercise, exposing them to diverse conversations and scenarios. Beyond tangible results, these sales activities cultivate confidence in our young children. They learn to articulate, persuade, and adapt – skills that extend far beyond the sales booth. As we continue organizing such events, our commitment remains rooted in nurturing not just sales acumen but fostering holistic skill development in the next generation. Here's to empowering young minds and shaping future leaders! #SalesDay #SkillDevelopment #Williez #valentinesday
