In recent years, the trust of common Indian in our political leaders and administrative officials has been eroded by the ever-increasing corruption, negligence & blatant disregard for the well-being of populace. Prime Ministers, Chief Ministers, Members of Legislative Assembly, Members of Parliament & Cabinet Ministers have repeatedly shown reckless, lackadaisical attitude & a care-a-damn outlook towards common man.
The student community, future of our nation, is dying due to administration's negligence, and yet there is not an ounce of accountability from those in power. This is a call to action, a plea for justice and demand for systemic change.
Failures of Our Leaders
The daily atrocities committed by our political leaders are not just isolated incidents but part of a larger pattern of systemic failure. From mismanagement of public funds to turning a blind eye to suffering of common man, our leaders have betrayed trust placed in them. Rising cases of corruption & indifferent attitude towards issues faced by ordinary citizens highlight a dire need for accountability.
Inadequacy of FIRs
Filing First Information Reports (FIRs) has become futile exercise, merely first step in a long, often ineffective legal process that rarely holds those in power accountable. Time has come for common Indian to take stand, demanding more stringent actions.
Call for Criminal Cases
We must start filing criminal cases in Supreme Court of India against those who fail in their duties. This includes not just lower rungs of administration but also those at the very top, be it the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, or Cabinet Ministers, even President, If Chief Justice of India does not favor such actions, it is imperative to take our fight for justice to international stage.
Role of International Court of Justice
If highest court in our land fails to deliver justice, we must turn to International Court of Justice (ICJ). The ICJ stands as a beacon of hope for those whose voices are silenced in their own countries. Dragging corrupt & negligent leaders by neck through street, even if they hold highest offices in the land, to Hague, Netherlands, is not just an option, it is a necessity.
Call to Action
Clarion call for every Indian who has felt the sting of injustice, who has seen the dreams of the youth shattered due to the callousness of our leaders. It is time to rise, to demand accountability, and to seek justice beyond borders if necessary.
