People make the difference: a chat with Myria Camponovo, Customer Care and Service (CC&S) Manager at Cerbios Pharma Myria Camponovo, who can look back on 25 years of experience at Cerbios Pharma, has been leading the reorganized Customer Service department since July 2021. We spoke to her about the increasing role of technology in day-to-day work and the constant challenges her team faces to provide Cerbios partners with exceptional service that ultimately contributes to customer satisfaction and retention. Myria said: "Technology is a valuable tool for our daily work. It has become indispensable. However, I also have concerns, especially with regard to the metaverse and artificial intelligence. Nevertheless, I am firmly convinced that human relationships and individuality will always make the difference. That's why I wholeheartedly support Cerbios' 'People Make the Difference' social media campaign, because I believe that employees play a crucial role in the success of the company." She continued: "We're all committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and reliable service. A high level of customer focus and commitment is a top priority for each of us.
