🌟 Restoring Self-Belief: The Power of Confidence in Employment Programs 🌟 We are honoured to be participating in the Career Pathways for Racialized Newcomer Women Pilot Project by the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) through our Visible Minority Newcomer Women at Work program. This inspiring video shows how targeted support is transforming the professional journeys of racialized newcomer women across Canada. Our Visible Minority Newcomer Women at Work program builds confidence and self-esteem through three key components: 1️⃣ In-Class Workshops: Participants develop career pathways and action plans, document their skills, and learn to present their portfolios effectively to Canadian employers. 2️⃣ Essential-Skills Enhancement: For anyone needing further development, we provide tailored training to ensure they meet their career goals without unnecessary delays. 3️⃣ Employer Connections: We facilitate networking opportunities to help participants build professional relationships and advance their careers. By integrating these elements, we empower women to embrace their skills, boost their confidence, and achieve meaningful employment. 🔹 Watch the full video to see how this project is making a real difference: https://lnkd.in/ghRHSuBA 🔹 Learn more about our Visible Minority Newcomer Women at Work program and how it’s helping participants achieve success: https://lnkd.in/gEErFdDF Together, we’re building a brighter and more confident future for all racialized newcomer women 💖 #ISANS #VisibleMinorityNewcomerWomenAtWork #CareerPathways #Empowerment #ConfidenceBuilding #NewcomerSupport
