This inspiring video shows how targeted support is transforming the professional journeys of racialized newcomer women across Canada. Our Visible Minority Newcomer Women at Work program builds confidence and self-esteem through three key components: 1️⃣ In-Class Workshops: Participants develop career pathways and action plans, document their skills, and learn to present their portfolios effectively to Canadian employers. 2️⃣ Essential-Skills Enhancement: For anyone needing further development, we provide tailored training to ensure they meet their career goals without unnecessary delays. 3️⃣ Employer Connections: We facilitate networking opportunities to help participants build professional relationships and advance their careers.
