In an article for the latest “Journal on Emerging Issues in Litigation,” from HB Litigation Conferences LLC and Critical Legal Content LLC, Robinson+Cole’s Blair Victoria Robinson emphasizes that “AI governance must be a comprehensive framework of policies and processes designed to uphold AI ethics, accountability, safety, and other crucial standards.” She discusses the double-edged sword of artificial intelligence (AI) and the need to establish a cohesive and adaptable governance framework that enables a diligent, strategic, and technically nuanced regulatory approach.
