Working in the restaurant business impacts your rating of the overall restaurant's performance. My favorite part is observing and analyzing customers’ habits. In recent years, I've noticed a strong trend toward sustainability, simplicity, and clean flavors.
Between 2013 and 2017, I focused on developing Georgian cuisine and restaurants and specialty coffee shops in Kazakhstan. Every year, I traveled to Georgia, studying the local market.
But eventually, I decided to narrow my focus solely to the coffee industry. Coffee is its own universe, with unique beans, complex flavor notes, logistics, and suppliers. Coffee brings people together, so at Probarista, we say, "Drink coffee with everyone.»
Today, you can find Probarista both in Kazakhstan and Georgia. We're international roasters with Kazakh roots, aiming to share our passion for coffee with the world.
