Today is my last day before I head off on holiday next week! As I look back since January, one thing is certain→ this year has been anything but calm. On the Prime Connect front, we've successfully partnered with a dozen care homes and pre-connected additional multi tenanted buildings located in London, Manchester & Birmingham with fibre. Pre-connecting these buildings with fibre is a game-changer; it ensures that businesses moving into these spaces have instant access to high-speed, reliable internet from day one. You might have noticed a recent update to my bio: We ventured into a new niche with Sims4Lifts, offering specialized sim services to the lift industry. I never imagined that I’d be preparing to exhibit at LiftEx at the ExCeL next year, but business often takes us on unexpected journeys! One of the highlights of my year was being part of The H3 London summit. It was experience that truly stands out as one of the greatest honors of my life. Seeing 720 business professionals dedicate a day to exploring Jewish ethics in the workplace was nothing short of inspiring. The intense seven weeks leading up to the event were demanding, but the outcome was worth every moment. Wow! Wow! Wow! The feedback from yesterday's second H3 London event held at Ditton Manor attended by 720 individuals looking to improve their lives in the workplace has been unbelievable, unimaginable, and unthinkable. There is so much to say, so much to write, and so much to take home. If I would need to encapsulate the day in two words: ↳ Life Changing ---------------------------- On a personal note I achieved a goal I set myself a few years back: Bring Naftali Horowitz to London. My first attempt was in May 2022, then June 2023 for the first H3 event but timing was wrong. We flew out to Toronto in January of this year to attend H3 Toronto with the intention of recruiting speakers for this years event - Naftali was there and committed to make the transatlantic trip. Yesterday, it all came together in the Ditton Manor. Reflecting back each step made sense in hindsight. What started with a potential 300 attendees in 2022 grew to 545 last year. This year, Naftali's presence drew a crowd of 720, impacting more lives than ever before. Was a great honour to chair the session "Empowering Community Growth" Naftali, I know you are not on social media, but this will reach you eventually! ENGLAND THANKS YOU!

Delegate tasks under £50.00 per hour. I vividly remember handling everything from VAT returns to marketing materials solo when starting Prime Connect. While DIY may seem cost-effective, time is your most valuable asset. Starting lean is crucial, but as you grow, letting go becomes essential. Today, we outsource website management, marketing, bookkeeping, Telecom appointment setting, and project management. My only task under £50.00 left unassigned? → Writing LinkedIn content. Is that wrong? --------- Disclaimer - The £50.00 is obviously dependent on your size and industry, but you get my point!

Some time back, I realized the transformative power of saying no. Initially, when trying to secure meetings for telecom communication services with potential leads, we faced numerous rejections. At first, I took it personally, questioning why executives or CEO's were not interested. Over time, I realized it wasn't about me; they were prioritizing what mattered most to them. TIME! In the past, I would say yes to every opportunity, cluttering my schedule with unnecessary meetings and sometimes unnecessary travel. Nowadays, I am much more intentional with my time, carefully choosing who I engage with and embracing the strength of declining. Every "no" paves the way for a more meaningful "yes" elsewhere, potentially leading to exciting new projects. Remember, by learning to say no, you open doors to countless opportunities. ↳ Start filtering out the noise, and watch how the right opportunities find their way to you.
