Undoubtedly, #talentleaders are seeing the value (and savings) for leveraging internal mobility programmes to manage workforce transformation needs. Why hire and take a risk with someone new when you can #reskill and #upskill known talent for a fraction of the time and cost? My question is more on who's responsibility does the mobility program lie with? To me there needs to be a balance between HR and line managers supporting mobility and employees actively pursuing opportunities. It is very important to diagnose the reasons for resignations and departures of your employees and quantify the turnover figures based on such 4 quadrants to enhance your retention strategy, this definitely will be linked to the seniority level .. the managed departure and grievance departure are a real responsibility for any company and the real action plan for HR strategy and direct management and leadership styles .. It is a shame to make people leave for injustice and for career path suffocation .. Give it a go .. #Organisationalpsychology

Navigating through organizational changes is an inherent part of my role as an HR professional. It's a challenging journey, especially during layoffs. Each decision weighs heavy on our hearts, knowing the impact on colleagues we've come to know and appreciate. Behind the scenes, we grapple with empathy, understanding the human side of every job affected. We feel the weight of responsibility, ensuring the process is as smooth and respectful as possible. It's not just about numbers or positions; it's about people. Remember, these decisions are driven by the company's broader strategy, and it's our duty to implement them. While we may not always agree, our commitment to supporting both departing and remaining colleagues remains unwavering. In the midst of change, HR professionals stand as a bridge between compassion and corporate decisions, aiming for a balance that respects the dignity of each individual involved. Let's stay connected and extend our support to one another during these challenging times. #HRInsights #OrganizationalChange #SupportInTransitions
