eCommerce brands don’t have an exit monetization strategy. They focus on monetizing a user, a buyer, right until the purchase has been made. And then they let the user go - to another site - to whatever journey they want to take. What if they actually give users a clear path? A path to keep the purchasing “high” alive? Those paths exist. There are ways to add incremental value to every transaction. Not all of them involve having shoppers buy another item in your shop. If you’re not maximizing your existing customer base, you’re not going to be able to acquire new ones. Exit monetization is untapped, unused, and underestimated. That's about to change. #ecommerce
