HOW NGOS CAN THRIVE IN THIS DONOR SHRINKING TIMES : 1 HAVE OTHER THINGS that are giving you income: e g trainings to people , trainings to NGOS in your area of expertise. 2. COLLABORATE with other NGOs: When you collaborate, you get to know other donors or opeptunites you can partner with . 3. RESHUFFLE your Board members : if you are still thinking about how much influence your board members command, then you might to audit and perhaps change them. 4. CROWD FUNDING : this is good but must be preceded by a well packaged media content . 5. SPEICIALSED DINNERS: dinners are generally a way to showcase what you have done to influetial people but this must be well planned so that expenses will not be more than income ... let me stop here or now ...
