Day 13/75 I have participated in LSKDM" 75-day content creator challenge... The world of digital marketing thrives on collaboration. But let's face it, virtual meetings can be a breeding ground for distractions and inefficiency. Here are some tips to keep your digital marketing meetings focused and productive: Pre-Meeting Prep: Set a clear agenda and circulate it beforehand. This ensures everyone arrives prepared and knows the meeting's objectives. Utilize screen sharing tools effectively. Plan what content you'll be sharing and avoid unnecessary multitasking. Meeting Must-Haves: Respect everyone's time by starting and ending on schedule. Mute microphones when not speaking to minimize background noise. Actively listen and avoid interrupting. Use features like the "raise hand" function to ensure everyone gets a chance to contribute. Encourage participation from all team members, especially quieter voices. Direct questions to individuals or use polls to spark engagement. Bonus Tip: Consider a standing meeting format for shorter, more focused discussions. What are your best practices for keeping digital marketing meetings productive? …Whether you’re a professional, leader, or entrepreneur, you can’t afford to neglect your ability to present virtually like a pro. The times have changed, and one can’t succeed and thrive in the post-COVID era without excelling in virtual presentation… Remember, many of the skills you have developed to communicate in person are transferable. Nevertheless, considering the number of moving targets and things that could go wrong, virtual presentation requires additional competencies and practices. To excel at presenting virtually, there are three major areas to work on: 1. Design your content for maximum impact in a virtual setting. 2. Know your audience and tailor your material to match with their expectations, preferences, and goals. 3. Sit in a quiet place and in front of a professional background, and deliver your speech by engaging your audience and maximizing the features of the platform you’re using. That said, I’ve a plan to create an education video clip to share the most important considerations to succeed as a virtual presenter. Make sure to subscribe to our channel so that you will get notified when we upload this and other video clips. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any development needs for yourself, your team, and/or your organization. We would love to custom design and deliver virtual and/or in-person programs that meet your learning goals and according to your: 1. Preference, 2. Organizational culture, and 3. Style of delivery. Administrative Virtual Assistant | English Language Teacher | Story Teller I refine your content into an unforgettable message through expert editing and proofreading.
Strolling along the streets of LinkedIn reading up posts... trying to engage... A notification popped up...and what was that? Took a look and that was it! Without thinking twice, I took the plunge! Chief Storyteller was at it again. Yet a gnawing pull in another direction 🥹 Had cut short an earlier engagement to be in a paid class which clashed with this live audio event that wouldn't be the same if repeated. Oh dear God, what to do? Live zoom session on one device... Live LinkedIn audio event on another... I wish I could lend an ear to each But you know well that can't be. The two sessions were value-packed. Decided to take advantage of the recorded provision for my zoom class, because LinkedIn wasn't recorded. Everything important needs proper attention, right? I'm glad to say, in the end, I got the two! >>>>>> Are you a newbie on LinkedIn, struggling to create relatable content? Do you find it difficult to attract your target audience? Does your content sound fake even though it's your personal experience? Here are some insights I found valuable from the audio event that I believe can also help you. ✓ Use hooks, not click-baits. With this, you don't only attract readers, you keep them glued. ✓ Based on your experience, do some research to broaden your reach. Your experience could have different perspectives you don't have a monopoly on. ✓ Screen any content idea you have, and break down pain points embedded in it. ✓ Create a visual image in your mind and employ sincere emotional connections. ✓ Include a challenge in your post and work around it to find solutions (conflict and resolution) and weave this into your CTA. If you know Dr Ishioma Elora Onah, you know there was so much more to this event hosted by Kingsley Ajayi. You sure do not want to miss upcoming ones. >>>>>> You are definitely the solution to someone's problem right here, just like Iniobong Nathan, a dynamic virtual assistant with the teaching flair. I help busy business owners stay organised and productive by providing administrative support. PS: Need a bonus tip?
