💡 𝐌𝐲 𝐁𝐃 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟎𝟎𝟒 💡 We had a busy week in chambers at Serle Court last week with events, and we have several key seminars and conferences scheduled to take place in the next 6 weeks. There’s so much planning and preparation involved to perfect the events that we run in-house, and our BD plan is integral to marketing our #brand, and practice areas. From the initial stages of compiling a comprehensive BD plan, budgeting, scheduling, targeting clients, #marketing, to the follow-up and feedback, and #ROI - there’s so much to consider. These events give our barristers the opportunity to form new connections and reconnect with existing clients, showcase their expertise and areas of specialism, and collaborate and drive new issues in our sector, #chancerycommercial #law. The types of events we run are so varied; client parties and socials, short seminar briefings, half-day conferences, and our signature International Trusts & Commercial Litigation Conference in New York. Our BD Team [Shana Garioch and April Fisher] together with our Practice Management Team spend months planning, sourcing venues, preparing client lists and preparing marketing campaigns.
