Two years ago, we figured AI will change everything and we started on a journey to bring AI to the enterprises at every possible touch point. The more technology progressed, the more we realized that the only limitation to adaption is our own imagination. While AI is and will be disrupting every single tech vertical (almost), customer experience industry, is one industry which is absolutely ripe for disruption. Everything from data collection (surveys) to management (closing the loop) to generating insights is completely outdated and inefficient. The models around sentiment detection, identifying topics and enriching customer feedback are out dated and inefficient and lack the nuance that LLMs bring. With this believe, 6 months ago, we started down a path of disrupting the complete CX industry and here I don't mean disruption as a buzz-word or as a hyperbole, but real disruption which would change CX industry as we know it. Today's announcement of zenInsights is just one of the steps in this disruption. Generating insights is an essential but inefficient process. The current tools and platforms are too "static", too cumbersome to use and it's just not very easy to get actual action suggestions from the data. This is what zenInsights change. At the first level, it's about getting the actionable insights that one needs so that one can immediately start implementation. When we think of insights, we don't just need fancy charts and correlation analysis etc. (more on that later though), but rather we need to get the answer to: "what should we do?" This is what zenInsights solves in a very personalized way. However, that's just one part of the equation. zenInsights goes way beyond analyzing just customer experience data, it allows any interactions to be used such as support conversations, meeting logs - anything where a customer has had an interaction. This is the real disruption. Businesses don't need to think about the "structure" of the data or which data they can use or cant use - they can use any/all data to generate personalized insights ie personalized for the teams/departments/whoever needs it. Think about what this means for man-power needed to work with understanding customer interactions - feedback, support messages etc. I remember, a few years ago, one of the largest insurance companies in the world was creating a data lake to understand their customers - took 4 years and millions of euros for them to just abandon the project - zenInsights changes all of that by making it possible to just aggregate all data and convert it to action suggestions.
