Here’s some leadership advice for agency founders: Your agency will live or die by the effort you put in. There’s no one else to blame. You’ll only be as successful as you allow yourself to be. Remember these two words: Selective and Recognizable. When it comes to leadership positions, strive to obtain leadership roles in recognizable organizations such as NHS, STUCO, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts. Leadership roles in well-known organizations that are selective of their members and where you are elected for your position will earn you more points with the Academies.
