How important is Mental Health? To suggest it is anything other than crucial would be avoiding reality.   My wife Barb, and I, start 2024 helping @SunshineFromDarkness with an awareness collection just in time for their Inspiring Hope Dinner event, Jan 12th.   Every year, we find ourselves more involved in supporting various non-profit organizations that are on the front lines in tackling challenges in our community/society that government agencies and for-profit entities may not address comprehensively.   One way we do this is through fundraising partnerships where Barb designs cause specific awareness jewelry and donates proceeds to the organizations. 🌱Span Trust Spotlight - Mary's Championing mental health and community has never been more important, especially post-pandemic as individuals and families alike struggle with their mental health. We’ve all had moments where it feels like we can’t cope but that’s why it gives us great pleasure to provide the support to an organisation like Mary's. "Thank you so much for Span Trust’s donation to Mary’s. We will be using the donation for our mental health work, in particular Games Nights.
