🌊 Today, on International Day for Women in Maritime, we celebrate the incredible contributions of women in the maritime sector and champion a future where more women thrive in this dynamic industry. According to the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, women represent less than 2% of the seafarer workforce worldwide. At SeaLink, we're proud to employ talented female mariners and are committed to creating a barrier-free work environment that empowers women to succeed at sea. 🚢💪 To mark this day, we've spoken with some of our inspiring female SeaLink marine crew to hear their stories, insights, and advice for women considering joining the industry.
