Using location intelligence as a blueprint, here’s how Tree City Brew Co. transformed their expansion vision into reality. First, they needed to answer two key questions: - What's the market demand for volleyball courts? - How could the brewer pitch the project's positive economic impact? A glimpse into the process ↓ 🏐 Using geofencing, the Economic Development Corporation of Greensburg analyzed Visitor Journey reports to identify the top five locations before and after brewery visits. Among their key discoveries, they learned the brewery’s target audience had a strong affinity for outdoor sports. 🏐 Placer’s Visitor by Origin report revealed that a competitor brewery with a sand volleyball court in Cincinnati attracted customers from over 50 miles away. This indicated that a volleyball venue in Greensburg could draw visitors for tournaments, potentially leading to overnight stays.
