Provide leadership for product management throughout the product and release lifecycle by leveraging customer feedback and evaluating KPIs to prioritize and deliver products that drive aggressive growth. Develop a customer-first product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Strategically plan initiatives in the feature roadmap and lifecycle, from ideation to support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, rollout, and measure meaningful features. Oversee the product backlog and coordinate with other teams to deliver customer value. Conduct market research and engage with industry stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes. Gather and analyze customer insights to drive product innovations collaborating closely with customers to understand specific requirements. Drive Go-to-market activities for successful product launches.
