The recent three-day face-to-face in Madrid with the International Markets leadership team was nothing short of inspiring. We took a step back to reflect on our journey so far, including 3+ years of continuous growth, and set our sights on what’s to come. The energy in the room was contagious as we mapped out our key milestones, sparking dynamic conversations. What really stood out was the passion and drive from everyone in the room. It was more than just aligning on our business and our part in Teva Pharmaceuticals' #PivotToGrowth strategy - it was about reconnecting with one another, reigniting our collective purpose, and getting excited about the path ahead. This year has brought its challenges, but this gathering reminded us of the power of partnership and what we can achieve when we work together - across regions, across markets, and toward a shared vision of growth. Time flies! I've already spent three months in my new job position, and I couldn’t be happier. That’s why I want to take a moment to pause, recap, and share my journey with you. If this connects with you, feel free to share your stories with me in the comments. I would love to hear about them! ✨ 👩⚕️I come from the field of social work and have a background as a nurse. I have been in corporate since 2006. Over the years, I have experienced a lot, worked in many different positions, and learned so much about myself. Social Work is very diverse and demanding. As a result, I have strengthened my resilience and have learned to keep a cool head even in difficult situations. This experience definitely benefits me in my leadership position as a Brand Manager at Chiesi. 🙌 I started at Chiesi as a Key Account Manager, where I focused on designing product presentations and materials based on the doctor's needs. Since the beginning of this year, I have been the Brand and Area Manager of Neonatology and Critical Care. With this new position, I now lead a great team of four people, whom I appreciate a lot. 👉 Every new job or position brings its own difficulties and challenges. In my role as Brand Manager and Team Lead, I had to adapt to this position and figure out what kind of person I want to be on this journey. This always raises questions for me: Who do I want to be for myself? What is my vision of myself, and who do I want to be for my team? I am convinced that authenticity and equality are essential. Respectful interaction is a priority for me. If I show respect to my colleagues, I can also expect respect from them.
