🧐 How ACA Group used its employees’ feedback to improve its training and development offer.
Even after earning certification in 2021, ACA Group grasped the opportunity of consulting its employees’ feedback to enhance the overall employee experience at the organisation. This feedback led to some key initiatives, such as:
1. Transforming Learning & Development into a central pillar of the HR policy.
An L&D specialist was hired, and a framework established.
The organisation founded its “ACAdemy”, gathering a broad overview of both internal and external training opportunities that are critically evaluated on an individual basis.
2. The personal "development plan" that every employee owns, has been qualitatively improved through intensive "Coach the coach" trainings and direct links to our “ACAdemy”.
The purpose of these plans is to foster growth within their current roles and enhance employee retention.
3. Allocating an additional training budget for programs not yet included in the " ACAdemy" database. The HR department takes charge of facilitating approved trainings.
📢 Recognising the positive outcomes from their in-depth survey analysis, ACA Group is committed to replicating this success with the 2023 survey results. The key takeaways have been defined, and ready to be tackled.
Three dedicated HR Business Partners, along with a team of motivated BU Managers, are fully engaged in analysing and integrating the results, and continuing to write the story of ACA Group’s Great Place To Work journey. 💡
