Children's Literacy Initiative’s Post

Our office is closed in observance of Juneteenth! This day is a day to celebrate liberation, freedom, and the pursuit of equity. Work that was started almost 200 years ago continues to inspire action and calls for change. While we know there’s still plenty of work to do, we can look back on the work of early abolitionists and look forward to modern day activist continuing to work towards a better future. Today, we reflect, celebrate, and uplift Black voices. Learn more at: https://hubs.la/Q02Ckh6b0
